“…and Blue”

The dance performance „…and Blue“ has been nominated for the Estonian Theatre dance award 2015

„..and Blue“ reflects the feelings of separation and loneliness -the conflict of fear and tension between the individuals and groups in society, where empathy seems to be forgotten value and calm calculative carelessness tends to be norm.

Premiered: Nov.6th 2014 as part of Curator- Program at Vaba Lava.

Fine 5 Dance Theatre is one of the best-known and the most influential contemporary dance companies in Estonia. Theatre was founded in 1992 when five dancers. formed their own troupe. In 1994 Fine 5 opened the first contemporary dance school in Estonia. Since 1997, the key figures of theatre are Rene Nõmmik and Tiina Ollesk.  The company has performed in USA, Canada, France, Italy, Sweden, South-Korea, Cyprus, Finland, Poland, Baltic States, Russia and Belorussia. As-well has been nominated several times to Estonian Theatre Awards (dance award 2008).
